1st Time Cleaning
For new recurring clients, we don't charge extra for the first service even though we typically spend several extra hours catching up with "old dirt". It's just one of our ways of thanking you for your business. Many cleaning services charge well over $100 extra.
We provide all the cleaning supplies. All supplies are highly-recognized, name brand products. We'll also be happy to use specific products you provide. (For instance, some clients prefer a specific cleaner as recommended by a wood flooring manufacturer.)
We thoroughly dust every room including...
crown molding/where walls meet ceiling
chair rail molding
all items on walls
all items and surface underneath them (if number if items is extraordinary, we can discuss your needs)
all heating/cooling vents
windows (sill, sash, and corners)
basic dusting of blinds (we also offer detailed cleaning of blinds)
We completely spray down and clean ALL surfaces including:
By "ALL" surfaces, we mean details such as:
nooks and crannies of toilet base
pedestal sink underside and base
frame and tracks and bottom of shower doors
top 'lip' of shower surrounds
metal waste cans
other fixtures (such as soap dishes or toothbrush holders) will sparkle and shine if possible
We dust bathrooms as outlined in "DUSTING" plus:
towel bars or rings
exposed plumbing, etc.
We completely spray down and clean ALL surfaces of countertops, island, table top, outside of refrigerator (top too), dishwasher, range (inside of oven by request), range hood, inside and outside of microwave, small appliances, and sinks and all fixtures. As noted in bathroom section, if it can shine, it will.
We carefully vacuum all floors. Your floors get cleaner because we use high quality Dyson brand vacuum cleaners. We then use the long-reach wand to vacuum along edges and under objects that can't be easily moved.
We can discuss the products and methods we typically use to clean any type of hard-surface flooring or we'll be happy to clean them exactly how you'd like us to.
We aim to please and will gladly do small extra jobs from time to time as part of your regular cleaning, no extra charge. We can also provide separate pricing for more involved projects: wipe down interior doors, wipe down kitchen cabinets, slat-by-slat cleaning of blinds, clean inside of oven, or just about anything else you'd like cleaned. Yes, we also do windows.
We'll be happy to give a price estimate over the phone or via e-mail, but can only provide a firm price and references to you after meeting you and discussing your specific needs.
Due to the wide variety of needs of our business and office clients, we can only provide estimates in person.
Just to give you a quick idea of our residential pricing...for bi-weekly service, a typical home with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a kitchen, a dining room, and a living room would cost about $80 and we would spend about 4 hours thoroughly cleaning it. Ask another cleaning service what they would charge to clean the same home. THEN ask them how much time they would spend cleaning it.
